After decades of a busy working life, the late ’90s was a difficult time for me due to my mental health and other trauma issues.

 

I lived in transitional housing and then got on the priority wait list.

 

I was over the moon when I got this place because it was safe, secure, and affordable.

 

When I got here, I connected with Star Health and got a really good case manager who I’ve got a lot to thank for.

 

It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve got terrific support.
